Minutes of Meeting of Sixth AGM
LATEST: A MOU was signed with Virgenia Tech India for Creating subject content on space systems and complete video recording of expert lectures.Around 35 topics identified on space segment and as first phase ,four topics /sessions by subject experts of PA were video shoot/recorded by VT-I team from 30th June to 2nd July 2022. The recording was organised at JSS Academy of Technical Education, Srnivasapura, Bengaluru. The college is closer to ISRO layout,Bangalore.The post editing/recording activities of the first phase in in Progress in Chennai studio.Next phase of video shoot of other topics are planned by end July-First week of August 2022.

The Fifth Annual General Body Meeting (AGBM-5) of Planet Aerospace held on 12th September 2021 ,Sunday 1000 Hrs through ZOOM (online meet).Around 40 life members joined the meeting.Annual Report and Audit Report for the year 2020-21 were presented and approved by GB.Proposal on Formation of a company for Planetaerospace was one of the main agenda.

Planetaerospace signed a MOU in May 2021 with ANIARA SPACECOMLLB ,an American company, for providing consultancy services to overseas clients.We are gradually expanding our operations outside India.

The Fourth Annual General Body Meeting conducted as per agenda circulated on 29th Nov 2020,1000hrs -1230 hrs through google web meet. Around 40 life members participated with fruitful deliberations.
A consultancy contract is signed with Ms.Dhruva Space,Hyderabad in Nov 2020, for their project on the delivery of Space Qualified Solar Panel and the contract is presently for 8 months period. A Team is identified with experts in Solar panel design and fabrication and composite experts.Activity will start from 1st December 2020

The third AGM was held on 17th (Saturday) August 2019 at Karnataka Nair Service Society ,667,VYOMA,14th cross,5th Main,2nd Floor,ISRO Layout,Bangalore 560111.Registration 0900 Hrs followed by breakfast 0930-1000 Hrs. GB Meeting: 1000-1200 Hrs. Good number of members attended and actively participated.
Planet Aerospace has signed a consultancy agreement with an industrial house based in Ahmedabad and the MOU was signed in May 2019 and a service order for one year effective from 1st June 2019 received.This industry has joint venture with German Aerospace Company for manufacturing in India a large no of 50/100 Kg class satellitesfor commercial exploration.Accordingly PA has been sought for consultacy services in onboard segment of satellites with a hand holding approach.To begin with,PA have to provide an intensive training to them towards on board segment of subsystems.A communication in this regard has been sent to members of PA by President,PA for support from members ,through e mail.Request all members to kindly respond.
Planetaerospace has signed MOU on 29th November 2018 with Indian Technology Congress Association (ITCA) to support towards realisation of 75 nano satellites through Universities by 2022.
Planet Aerospace was invited as joint organisor for ITCA for conducting second International Conference -Indo-Israel Initiative " Student's Satellite Mission 2022 " on 28-29 November 2018. The program was successfully conducted on 28-29 November 2018 in M V Auditorium,Bangalore and PA experts Chaired and gave key note address in Plenary Sessions.

First Annual General Body Meeting held on 10th June 2017
Planet Aerospace has completed one year on May 13 , 2017. Executive Committee of Planet Aerospace planned and conducted the annual general body meeting of members of planet aerospace on 10th June 2017 Saturday at 1100 AM in Hotel Pnchavati (Behind ISRO Layout) followed by buffet lunch by 130 Hrs.Around 40 members attended the meeting.
